Aylesbury, Milton keynes & Buckinghamshire PHOTOGRAPHER
Family, Maternity & Newborn Photography
Located in Buckinghamshire, South East England sits the small town of Aylesbury, with the Chiltern Hills wrapping around it. It offers some of the most picturesque and beautifully serene location spots around, making it an absolute gem for family portrait photography.
I grew up in the idyllic countryside of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, meaning I have had plenty of years of roaming the hills, fields and woodlands. I know them well, and I love them dearly. I have searched for the most gorgeously ethereal locations, outdoor spaces full of depth, that allow for the best natural, wild beauty.
Milton Keynes is such a buzzing hub of a city, it seems almost unimaginable when stood in its centre that it is home to some of the most beautiful green spaces around. I have a few favourite spots in and amongst the area, whilst also stretching further afield into Bedfordshire. One of these firm favourites is actually my top winter photoshoot location, with its gorgeous pine trees and winding pathways it is reminiscent of something from Narnia.
My Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire outdoor photoshoots are all about giving your family a wonderful experience, whilst I focus on capturing the loving, thoughtful and hilarious candid moments that reflect your family perfectly. Images that show huge smiles, whilst retaining your authentic personalities.
We will roll in the grass, run with the wind blowing through our hair. We'll laugh into the breeze, and have the best conversations in and amongst the sun spots.

AYLESBURY, MILTON KEYNES & BUCKINGHAMSHIRE PHOTOSHOOT LOCATIONS
We can keep things simple. The locations I have found are just that, simply beautiful. They provide us with a backdrop for your family to settle into, for you to live out your memories whilst I capture it all. They have been specifically chosen due to their depth of background, and stunning light. Whether we are overlooking the rolling Chiltern Hills at the top of Coombe Hill, or running wild in the woodland magic of Wendover Woods, or exploring through the woodland of Rushmere County Park. The countryside doesn't get much better than this, the sun setting just beyond us on the horizon. Whatever location you choose, you'll have not only great photographs that capture your family, but art that you'll want to display on the walls of your home. There's so much to choose from, but here are my favourites for the best photos:

MY TOP 5 FAVOURITE AYLESBURY PHOTOSHOOT LOCATIONS
1. COOMBE HILL
The views truly don't get much better than this. Overlooking the rolling hills of Buckinghamshire, the sunset is a spectacle. The place is looked after so well and often we'll be lucky to have spots of long grass, little tree stumps to climb on and the most gorgeous light filtering through the trees. The carpark is quite small, which means I always advise to arrive with plenty of time. But the virtue of this is that it limits the amount of people up on the hillside, and gives us plenty of space to roam the area.
2. RUSHMERE
One of my all time favourites. The light is stunning, the trees look like something from a movie. The background is deep and gorgeous at all times of year. It is brilliant for small children, has a cafe and a carpark and is just beautiful. The trees stretch tall above us, looking like something out of a fantasy film and in the Winter, the spaces are just second to none. Where better to wrap up and cuddle with your loved ones than in a clearing surrounded by Christmas trees?
3. WENDOVER WOODS
It's wild, it's tall, it looks like forest land from a film. Fantastic all year round, the trees offering a golden glow around us. The carpark is large, and close by to the photoshoot spots making it great for easy access. The space makes for a really beautiful backdrop, your ethereal fairyland vision brought to life.
4. STONEPIT FIELD
Not far from Milton Keynes is Great Linford, where you will find this absolute gem of a spot. In the summer it is home to a natural meadow, wild flowers galore. In the winter it has sloping hills of long grass and a beautiful lake.
5. ASHRIDGE
World renowned, this truly is a beautiful place through and through. It offers so much in terms of beautiful scenery. The Golden Valley is a beyond stunning walk that goes through the grounds, and at the right point of the day is just beautiful with golden light. The areas near the monument car park also offer large fallen tree trunks to climb on, long grass and beautiful meadows.
FAMILY OUTDOOR PHOTOSHOOTS
My Buckinghamshire family photoshoots are available as either indoor or outdoor photoshoots. It is a perfect opportunity for capturing your family in all its gorgeously interweaved parts. It will be child focused, relaxed and full of laughter whilst also leaving time for those quiet moments of intimacy.
The photoshoots will last around 1 hour. I run the photoshoots all year round, each season offering a different glow of colour. Together we will pick a location (I have plenty to suggest, the above being just a few examples) and meet at the chosen spot. We will then spend some time exploring, running, giggling, rolling around and taking it all in whilst I photograph it all. I will allow for truly candid moments and also offer direction when I see the potential for a perfect photograph. It will feel relaxed and fun, and that will be visible in the images I create of all those special moments.
MATERNITY OUTDOOR PHOTOSHOOTS
My Buckinghamshire maternity photoshoots are available as either indoor or outdoor photoshoots also. Whilst some prefer the privacy and comfort of their home, others relish the idea of stepping back out into nature in order to capture one of the most natural and powerful moments of your life. If this is you, it's the perfect opportunity for making some magic. We'll use the immense beauty of the outdoor world to simply provide a platform on which your own beauty can shine. I'll talk you through various locations that might be appropriate and we'll step barefoot into the world to celebrate you.
We will use the 1 hour to capture a beautiful gallery of portraits of yourself, as well as your partner and other children should you wish. We'll hone in on the precious details, and then step backwards for the gorgeous wide shots also.
The best time to schedule your maternity photoshoot for is between 28-36 weeks. I advise booking in for this as early as you can, as it avoids disappointment if the dates become unavailable. Booking early secures your date and also gives you something to look forward to on your journey. I also offer a Bump to Baby offer which discounts your Newborn photoshoot when booked with your Maternity one.
